Ticket Information

Our online tickets are Fast-Lane tickets, giving you priority access to the express lifts and helping you avoid long waiting times.
Guests with a reservation at the Tower Restaurant or for brunch at the Tower Café benefit from discounted admission prices.
Your personal discount code will be sent together with your reservation confirmation. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to tickets that have already been purchased.
Discounts are granted only upon presentation of a valid ID. Please have your identification ready, as checks may be carried out at any time.
Children under the age of 14 may only visit the Danube Tower when accompanied by an adult.
Children under 3 years of age receive a complimentary ticket at the ticket desk when accompanied by an adult or senior ticket holder.
A valid admission ticket is required to use the Danube Tower Slide.
Slide Fun Packages are not assigned to a specific person and may be used by multiple visitors.

Ticket Terms & Conditions

Tickets are valid only on the selected visit date and within the booked time slot.

Tickets cannot be exchanged, rescheduled or refunded.

Annual passes are not valid on 31 December, 1 January, or on maintenance closure days.

The slide may be used by visitors who are at least 110 cm tall and 6 years of age.

Please observe our safety regulations, which form part of the official operating licence of the Danube Tower.

For safety reasons, particularly in the event of a fire or other emergency, exceptions cannot be made.
