Discounted Donauturm Vienna Tickets for Visitors with Disabilities
Enjoy panoramic views of Vienna from the Donauturm observation deck. Discounted admission is available to visitors with a documented degree of disability of at least 50% and to eligible accompanying persons.

Discounted tickets are available to adults and children aged 3 to 17 with a documented degree of disability of at least 50%. A separate discounted fare is available for an accompanying person if the need for assistance is recorded on the visitor’s proof of disability.
Accessibility
Donauturm is partially accessible. The observation deck can be reached by lift. The Turm Restaurant, Turm Café and indoor terrace are not accessible by wheelchair. Restrictions also apply to visitors using a walking frame.
Wheelchair users receive their free admission ticket exclusively at the on-site ticket desk. They must be accompanied by someone who can assist them if needed.

Withdrawal and cancellations: These admission tickets are valid for the selected visit date. Under Section 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for leisure services booked for a specific date. Rescheduling or a refund is only possible if expressly offered or required by law.
