Frequently Asked Questions About Annual Passes
Online purchases of annual passes are generally subject to a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of concluding the contract. Immediate activation or first use does not automatically extinguish this right.
If you validly withdraw, your annual pass will be blocked upon receipt of your withdrawal notice. Where the statutory requirements are met, a proportionate amount for services provided up to that point will be deducted from the purchase price to be refunded. The calculation follows our Terms and Conditions; excluded dates and closure days are not counted.
Voluntary cancellation or changes outside the statutory right of withdrawal are available only if expressly offered or if the Donauturm agrees to an exception. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
