Under section 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for this leisure service booked for a specific date. Voluntary cancellation, rebooking or refunds are available only where expressly provided for the respective product or where Donauturm expressly agrees to an exception. Mandatory statutory rights, particularly in the event of non-performance or defective performance for which Donauturm is responsible, remain unaffected.
