Vouchers can be redeemed for the services listed here. Monetary vouchers cannot be used for events, Donauturm’s own events such as New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day or concerts, or other offers expressly excluded from voucher redemption. They cannot be used to purchase further vouchers.

Yes. Monetary vouchers can only be redeemed for the designated services. Events, Donauturm’s own events such as New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day or concerts, and other expressly excluded offers are not eligible. Monetary vouchers cannot be used to purchase further vouchers.
Vouchers must currently be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Partial redemption is not available.
Online purchases of monetary vouchers are generally subject to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the voucher. The day on which you receive the voucher is not included when calculating this period.
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, the voucher will be blocked. After submitting your withdrawal declaration, you must neither use the voucher code nor pass it on to another person. If the voucher has already been redeemed, the conditions and legal consequences of withdrawal will be assessed individually in accordance with the applicable law.
