Validity and redemption
The Donauturm monetary voucher is valid for 30 years from the date of issue and becomes valid once payment has been completed in full. It can be redeemed for eligible offers at the Turm Restaurant and Turm Café, admission to Donauturm and the Donauturm Slide.
Vouchers must currently be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Partial redemption is not available. Vouchers cannot be used for events, Donauturm’s own events such as New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day or other expressly excluded offers. Monetary vouchers cannot be used to purchase further vouchers.
Once payment has been completed successfully, you will receive an email containing a link to your voucher. You can download it, send it as a digital gift or print it at home.

What can the celebration voucher be redeemed for?
The monetary voucher can be redeemed for eligible offers at the Turm Restaurant and Turm Café, admission to Donauturm and the Donauturm Slide. How long is the Donauturm voucher valid?
The monetary voucher is valid for 30 years from the date of issue. It becomes valid once the purchase price has been paid in full.
Online purchases of monetary vouchers are generally subject to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the voucher. The day on which you receive the voucher is not included when calculating this period.
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, the voucher will be blocked. After submitting your withdrawal declaration, you must neither use the voucher code nor pass it on to another person. If the voucher has already been redeemed, the conditions and legal consequences of withdrawal will be assessed individually in accordance with the applicable law.
