Do You Have a Reservation at the Turm Restaurant or for Brunch?

  • Guests with a restaurant or brunch reservation receive a 50% discount on adult, child and young child tickets.
  • Senior guests should select “Adult Ticket” and not “Senior Ticket”. The discount cannot be applied to senior, student or youth tickets or to any other ticket category that is already discounted.
  • Enter the discount code in the voucher code field and confirm it. Complete your order only once the discounted price is displayed.
  • The discount code cannot be applied or refunded retrospectively.

What is included in a Single Ticket?

Who is the Single Ticket suitable for?
The Day Ticket is ideal for individuals, couples, families, and anyone looking to visit the Danube Tower on a flexible day ticket.
How will I receive my ticket?
After completing your purchase, your ticket will be sent directly to you by email. Simply scan the QR code at the entrance using your smartphone.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can use your ticket directly on your smartphone or save it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access.
Is the Single Ticket valid for a specific date?
Yes. Your ticket is valid only for the selected date of your visit.
What is the Visibility Guarantee?
If visibility is limited on the day of your visit, online tickets are covered by the Danube Tower Visibility Guarantee. You can find the full terms and conditions on our Visibility Guarantee page.
Is the Day Ticket accessible for wheelchair users?
The Observation Deck is accessible under certain conditions. Please visit our Accessibility page for detailed information about accessibility and visitor regulations. 
Can I cancel or reschedule an admission ticket?
Admission tickets booked for a specific visit date generally cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for these date-specific tickets. Rescheduling or a refund is possible if expressly offered for the relevant product. Your statutory rights, for example if Donauturm cancels or fails to provide the service as agreed, remain unaffected.
Can I combine a Senior Ticket with the restaurant or brunch discount?
No. The Senior Ticket is already discounted. Senior guests using a restaurant or brunch discount code should therefore select “Adult Ticket”.
Can a discount code be applied after the purchase?
No. The discount code must be entered and confirmed before the order is completed. It cannot be applied or refunded retrospectively.
What should I do if I do not receive my ticket email?
Check that you entered the correct email address and review your spam or junk folder. Then contact the Welcome Desk and provide your order number before purchasing the tickets again.
Is my admission ticket cancelled if I cancel my restaurant or brunch reservation?
No. The admission ticket and restaurant reservation are separate bookings. Cancelling the reservation does not affect the admission ticket.
Do I need to show ID for a reduced-price ticket?
Yes. Please bring a valid ID or the document required to prove your eligibility for the selected discount. We may check your eligibility on admission. This applies, for example, to age-based, student and other reduced-price tickets.
Do children under 3 need a ticket?
Yes. Children under 3 receive a free ticket at the on-site ticket desk when accompanied by an adult or senior. You do not need to book this free ticket online.
