Important booking information

• This offer is valid for the New Year’s Eve event on the indoor terrace at a height of 155 metres.
• Admission is only possible between 10:30 pm and 11:00 pm. Please arrive at the Donauturm no later than 11:00 pm. After this time, the entrance to the Donauturm will be closed.
• The event ends at 1:00 am on 1 January 2027.
• No seating is available on the indoor terrace.
• This offer does not include a New Year’s Eve buffet.
• Coffee and tea are not included in the indoor terrace drinks package.
• Children are welcome. There is no reduced price for children; the full regular price applies. No separate children’s programme or special entertainment for children will be provided.
• The indoor terrace is only accessible via stairs and is therefore not wheelchair accessible. Special conditions apply to guests using walking frames.
• Use of the Donauturm slide is subject to weather and operating conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
• Gift vouchers with a monetary value cannot be used as payment for the New Year’s Eve event.
• Once payment has been made, cancellations and refunds are not possible. In the event of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• No separate tickets will be issued. On the day of the event, please check in at the Donauturm front desk using the name under which the booking was made.
