Free Return Visit in Case of Limited Visibilty

Take advantage of our Visibility Guarantee from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and receive a 100% discount code if visibility is limited during your visit and you cannot see at least two of the following Vienna landmarks:

• DC Tower

• Prater / Giant Ferris Wheel

Here’s how it works:

• If the conditions are met, please contact our front desk immediately after your visit to the Donauturm.

• You will be asked to fill out  an online form.

• After processing, you will receive your discount code via email.

• The discount code is valid for 3 months and allows you to book a free admission ticket for a future visit.

Important notes:

• Tickets purchased for the day of your visit are non-refundable.

• The discount code must be claimed on the same day of your visit – subsequent claims are not possible!

Terms and Conditions:

• The Visibility Guarantee applies only to admission-tickets purchased at the regular price (no discounts)  via the Donauturm online shop. 

• Excluded are free tickets, third-party tickets, school tickets, promotional and special tickets, private and exclusive events,  events and table reservations with food and beverage services and annual passes.

• Visibility Guarantee discounts cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or vouchers.

• Discount codes are issued only on the day of your visit after completing the form and cannot be claimed retroactively.

• The discount code allows you to book one free admission ticket for a future date.

• Unused discount codes expire after the validity date indicated. Extensions are not possible.

• Extensions of the validity period are not possible.

• Discount codes are valid for 3 months.

• Bookings using a Visibility Guarantee discount code must be made via shop.donauturm.at and cannot be redeemed at the front desk.

• Discount codes can only be used once.

• Once booked, the date of visit cannot be changed.

• Lost Visibility Guarantee codes cannot be replaced.
