Good to know – Important information for your visit

• Our online tickets are Fastlane tickets – allowing you to use the express lift with priority access and no long waiting times.

• When making a reservation at the Turm Restaurant or the Turm Café, you can take advantage of reduced admission prices; the required code will be sent together with the reservation confirmation, which also includes a link to your personal information page. The discount is granted exclusively by entering your personal discount code; retroactive discounts on already purchased tickets are not possible..

• Discounts are only granted upon presentation of a valid ID. Please have it ready, as checks may be carried out at any time (e.g., for youths, students, seniors, or children).

• Children under the age of 14 may only visit the Donauturm when accompanied by an adult.

• Children under the age of 3 receive a free single ticket at the ticket counter when accompanied by an adult or senior with a valid ticket.
• A valid admission ticket is required to use the slide.
  
• Slide fun packages are not tied to a specific person and can be used by different individuals.
