2. OFFER / CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
2.1.
Unless the binding nature of an offer has been expressly agreed, all

the right to reject offers from potential customers without giving
reasons or to refrain from entering into any contractual relationship
with certain customers.

2.4. Donauturm is entitled to verify the identity of customers
and their eligibility for specific ticket categories by requesting
official photo identification.

processing the order once the customer’s payment has been received. For
digital tickets, value vouchers, additional services and event tickets,
the customer receives usage rights only after full payment.
