- Ticket Sales: Tickets are available online only and cannot be purchased on-site.
- Age Recommendation: Recommended for participants aged 18 and over. Please note that no child discounts are available. .
- Weather Notice: As most of the tour takes place in Donaupark, we recommend weather-appropriate clothing.
- Language: The tour is conducted in German only.

Booking & Cancellation Terms:
- After successful payment, you will receive your tickets by email. Tickets are provided as QR codes and can be scanned directly at the turnstiles using your smartphone. No printout is required. Tickets can also be stored in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
- Tickets are valid only on the booked event date and are non-refundable.
- If the minimum number of 20 participants is not reached, the event will be cancelled no later than 14 days before the scheduled date. In this case, all purchased tickets will be fully refunded.
